A comprehensive library equipped with the most recent Lib-Sys software is offered to facilitate academic programs, research, teaching, and technical development. Leveraging intellectual capital is the main goal. A large selection of books, journals, newspapers, research publications, and periodicals are available in the well-furnished library. Additionally, students can expand their knowledge by using a greater selection of business management-related books from the KGI library.

Well-equipped workshops and labs serve as professional development centres for aspiring experts. Modern labs and workshops at KGI allow students to put what they have learned in theory into practice through experimentation. Workshops and laboratories are furnished with the necessary tools, outfitted, and overseen by certified technicians.

Boys are housed in the hostel in rooms that are roomy, tastefully decorated, and hygienic, complete with all the amenities of modern living. A dormitory warden keeps an eye on each student's health and safety while enforcing discipline. If a student runs into any problems while staying at the hostel, they are welcome to speak with the warden. In the mess, healthful and nourishing food is served for the lowest feasible price.

To guarantee a well-balanced CEBIAN diet, our on-campus mess facilities, COEB cafeteria, snack bar, and juice centre provide wholesome and high-fibre food that is supplemented with fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, ice cream, snacks and other eatables for instant energy boosts. Serving Buffet meals, good quality snacks, soft drinks and other past-time eatables in neat and clean surroundings is one of the salient features of the COEB-Hospitality Concept.

To give its students regular medical checkups, which are often attended by a designated medical professional, COEB has a Doctor's Chamber. Furthermore, the COEB complex benefits from having access to major hospitals such as Kalinga Hospital, Apollo Hospital, KIMS Hospital, LV Prasad Eye Hospital, Aditya Care Hospital, Capital Hospital, and AMRI Hospital, all of which are only 4KM away.

“Health is Wealth” - is our slogan; and for the same, the institute maintains and manages enviable infrastructure facilities like a basketball court, a volleyball court, a badminton court playgrounds, martial art exercise ground, a yoga hall and a well-equipped Gymnasium for the indoor and outdoor games sports activities like hockey, football and cricket, which help foster the physical, psychological and moral health wellness of our students.

KGI maintains a fleet of buses that travel on designated routes between the twin towns of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack as well as the surrounding areas of the temple city, providing transportation services to all-day students and hostel boarders. This transportation service is provided to our students not only for regularly scheduled trips but also for extracurricular activities including study tours, industrial visits, special coaching sessions, campus placement drives, etc.
